Not your typical grad-transfer, Mi’Cole has 2-3 years of eligibility I believe (if she can get some waivers). Played with Kat in HS.

It looks like she didn't even play a single minute for Cal last year.

Had a decent freshman season - 5.6 ppg, 2.2 apg, started 13 games, Pac-12 all-Freshman honorable mention. Not a sharpshooter - 27% on her 3's (20/73). Derailed by injuries and has played in just four games in the last two years. Probably has three years to play.

She’s had knee injuries the past three seasons. A low risk/high reward scenario for OSU given that we desperately need guard help. I anticipate she should be able to play some PG. I believe she is also known for her defensive abilities, so maybe with Cayton and Goforth we’ll be a much improved defensive team.
I think Minyon Moore may be a better comparison than Slocum.

Just don’t think we should risk another scholly, to what appears to be a chronic knee problem. AA, JM, KB, Taya and one more idiot going to be a healthy situation. Would definitely want an orthopedic evaluation .

If you can get any kind of impression from twitter, I think we have a very good chance.

She thinks she has 3 years. Not sure how the NCAA will look at this. Numerous athletes have been granted a 6th year, but I'm not sure how many times we've seen 7.
411500, to answer your question to beavertd, it's probably because part of her profile says "God above all things" but I'll let beavertd comment if there was another reason.

She is not that good. Think bigger fish people. I know the need is there but there is nothing wrong with thinking bigger.
Meanwhile at the Uconn Board:
FWIW, on an Instagram post where Paige asked Azzi Fudd if she's going to UConn, Azzi responded with a Ducks, Bears, and Turtles (Terrapins) emojis. This must mean the other schools are Oregon, Baylor, and Maryland

13 starts as a freshman in the Pac 12 isn't too bad. Better than most freshman anyway.
Injuries not a reflection of a player not being good. (at least not to me). Taylor Jones looks pretty decent after two hip surgeries, but maybe she isn't any good.
Look, I'm not pushing either way. I'm just saying somebody better inform our coaches that she's not that good. We don't want them wasting time.

We don't want them wasting time. I'm not too crazy about recruits until they sign and see them play. But, injuries/multiple are a risk factor. Just think there are less risky, as talented options to focus on. However, coaches also know interest levels as of now. So in some ways beggars can't be choosers with recruits.

She has the Beavs in her final 5, or 6, so the coaches are probably showing interest, but not necessarily, as we have seen some girls in recent years list the Beavs as a team of interest, but there was no evidence the Beavs ever recruited them.
I don't think the Beavs have to be beggars yet. Plenty of girls in the transfer portal, and more to come. They may end up as beggars though. I hope not. I'm sure us Beaver fans are all looking for the diamond in the rough, or out of the rough. I don't can where the diamond is, let's just find it!
