Per the mysterious CardBoard poster (this is also a frequent poster on this board), we are expecting a transfer by Thursday, per one of they players’ parents. Is that a likely incoming transfer or a player leaving? Could not tell from the context of the quote. Maybe OSU "poached" someone from a Pac12 school!? |

We must have several here that inhabit multiple message boards... seen UConn, ND, Louisville, uck, now Furd posts mentioned. And a Furd guy who obviously comes here that had to defend a poke at their nerdy/geek site. Better than uck hate BS, but what's next after a month of no sports? Yikes. Like recruits... wait til they actually sign. With the portal, wait til they are posted and new school picked. Anyone know the official rules of the portal? Players go thru the NCAA? Their AD? If entered can they return to their own school if eligible to do so/school wants them back? Does entering mean a school doesn't have to take them back? |

I've never even peeked at another board except the uck board a few seasons ago about recruit news. Guess your "signs" are about as good as GAG's coaching skills. But, I've been accused of more on this board, so why not that! I do know info about programs from folks involved in those programs, but have no need to post on another board. If appropriate I'll post or discuss it here privately. And, expect I do, as many childish folk inhabit anonymous boards. It's their only outlet for things they are too ashamed to say when not surrounded by their own kind. Rivalry doesn't mean disparaging student athletes, wishing ill on the elderly supporter of their program (and ours), and making up utter BS about conspiracies. That's just a immature "little brother" mentality of jealousy/envy. So, again in your own immature way, keep tossing out accusations and showing all your true intelligence. What are the swamp chickens spiking the Koolaid with that these players want to play for Oregon so badly? Or, is it a secret Nike contract...I mean wardrobe? Or, Graves' mesmerizing sweet talk and his big soft eyes?
1. Graves has proven himself to be one of the top coaches in the country, and is continuing to assemble one of the most talented rosters in the country, so players know they will at least have a fighting chance to compete for National Championships at Oregon.
2. Graves has coached the most prolific offense in the country for multiple years running. His system is very fun, high scoring and player friendly. There are virtually no players in the country that wouldn't love to play in it.
3. There is no other women's basketball program in the country right now that gets as much fan support, social media attention and overall media attention in general as the Oregon Ducks do.
4. The facilities at Oregon are unmatched. Their uniforms/gear/swag are unmatched. Virtually every aspect of the program is the very best money can buy.
Given the above facts, why in the world would anyone find it surprising that Oregon is an attractive destination for transfers?
A lot of hyperbole. "Unmatched", "no other", yada, yada, yada. OSU is neck/neck with UO on all of the above except for #2. And a ton of that media exposure is out the door now that SI is gone. UO offers something that no other school can. Direct access to the Nike machine. It makes a difference. |

So I'm a troll because I was interested and wanted to read an article about a team we'll play 1-3 times per year. I do not log or categorize/memorize random articles and sites. Simple, Furd gets lots of interest from many high ranking recruits, recruits ranking vary. I only looked because of Greta because I had no idea if Furd offered her. One newspaper article mentions it. And even at that not sure if that came from Greta, her coach, family? So, I'll let you continue this little game and you can search yourself. And fan sites do have info without posting if they allow you to read without posting? But, like here how accurate is the info? Good luck.
