No tourism. Bachelor closed. Motels empty. No need being a tourist here. Unless you want to go on a starvation diet while you are here. Subway, Macs, Sonic but get it to go back to your room. Outlet mall is empty. What few are open, don't have to worry about the 10 person limit. Even the Columbia and Nike outlets are closed. Went to see my barber. "OK Jim, how the hell you going to cut my hair from six feet away?" The reply, "Sit your ass down." Of course, the Duck has been cutting my hair for about 20 years. His business too, is way down.

I love not having to commute and drive up and down I-5. But sitting at home is getting dull. It's times like this that we need sports to make it through the day!

I got got some TP to sell you. Couple months ago I bought two Costco packs when it was on coupon special. For you, special price, $2 a roll plus shipping and handling and the handling ain't cheap. Supply and demand, baby.

If one waits out the initial rush, stores are not crowded at all and pretty well stocked. That info from a Bend health care worker who has to pick up prescriptions.

L&K barber on Oregon? I had a cut a couple weeks ago. He apologized for the cost going up to $15 (I think) Might have been $12. LOL I think my Tigard guy is about 45 cut & shave plus a good tip. I tip him good because I started as he was just getting going. I may have been his first straight razor shave. LOL...it was a bit rough. He's got better. He's a good kid. The rest of the shops in Bend seem like $35 for a cut...#1 all over & shave my back hair I don't think this guy has been barbering 20 years. I was trying him to see if his hand was steady enough for a straight razor shave. ie; not drinking yet |

Using the military (Active, Reserve, Guard) is the BEST idea. They do logistics and supply very well. They are MISSION ORIENTED. Tell them what you want to happen and then get the hell out of their way.
