Hope so. It would be a tremendous advantage and a reward for how well the team played to begin the season.

Of course who knows what a committee will say. If it's an attendance consideration then prob yes.
But, hard to justify a better record, higher RPI team still playing. Plus when another current 4 seed is from the Pac12 and still playing.
Don't think it's much more than 50/50 right now.

I'd like to say yes, desperately want it but when the ducks and basically all the top pac12 teams beat us up,likely not. Last month has been mostly a free fall from elite status, we're closer to being average, or slightly better, right now than upper tier tournament team. I have SERIOUS questions about next year and the year after, just don't see anything g that says,"we're back to being competitive with the elite teams, and may very well struggle to regain respectability in the conference. There are probably 6 or 7 teams in the PAC12 that have an equal or better chance to be in the fight for NCAAS and PAC12 elite. Gonna be a real test coming down the road to regain the Mojo of the last 6 years. SR is going to feel some heat to get the team back to top 15 status, we're probably outside the top 25 now, and falling .

Brutal conference...8/9 losses were to top 25 teams. Hosting with all the injuries would be a great accomplishment for the 2019/2020 osu wbb team...

We'll never know what the true potential of the 2019-20 WBB team was, given that we've had 6-9, 6-9, 6-6, and 6-3 sitting on the bench. Sure hurt against Stanford. Pretty laughable trying to dump the ball into MW in the low block...
Now, we don't know how much 6-9 and 6-9 would have impacted the performance this season, but we do know what the impact of 6-6 and 6-3 were.

In the last "prevail" we were #14 since then #11, 15 and 16 have lost. I would say our chances are good,

I think we're going to read a lot and hear a lot about Jelena Mitrovic in the next few months....
Since we're all pretty much in a knowledge vacuum regarding her game and her upside potential, it's basically a guessing game right now.... HOWEVER, if word leaks out that it looks like she has real star-power (who knows, maybe she does) the prospects for next season suddenly look dramatically better.....
Right now we have no surprise packages awaiting next year's roster...Goforth may prove better than expected, which would be great. With the players ricke71 listed (in the post above) next year's roster at best looks like only a slightly improved version of this year's team... Assuming Kennedy Brown sits, without some kind of "star quality" infusion it's going to be hard for next year's roster to carry us to a top 3 Pac-12 finish.....
Right now the only "unknowns" who could possibly deliver elite minutes next year are Goforth and Mitrovic...That's why were going to hear a lot about Jelena in the next few months... ..At least that's how its looking to me right now.... GO BEAVS !!

I think there is plenty of talent for next season. Just a question of how it meshes and how long injuries take. If Taya and KB aren't ready to practice until after the season starts the Beav's might be in for a rough year. And if they don't play next year......

Charlie Creme still thinks so as of today.
Indiana and Kentucky lost today.

Nope. A lot of it is how you finish. Limping across the line won’t get it.

Nope. A lot of it is how you finish. Limping across the line won’t get it. Actually, most of it is RPI, SOS, Quadrant 1 wins, and avoiding "bad" losses. Most of the experts currently show OSU hosting during the first weekend of the tournament.
