No, that post was regarding the possibility of Kennedy red shirting next year due to recovery time. Depending on how the other 'bigs' do, Taya may be able to give a few minutes at the 3, but i would most likely expect Taya and Taylor at 4-5, with Trish and Jelena as backups. Taya could probably give you some minutes at 3 against the right opponents, but I would still expect one of the other true wing/guard types to be the 3. I'm no doctor...but I think it's conceivable that Kennedy could return in early December and not have to red-shirt. Yes, she could. Kat was injured in January last year, and made it back by November. Kat worked hard to get her strength back, get in game shape, and work on her shot, but I think most of us would agree that she hasn't been 100% most of this season. Kennedy may be ready to play early next season, but she will spend all of her time recovering, strengthening her knee, and getting into game shape, but how much of that time can she devote to enhancing her game and working on improvement? I don't know the answer to that. What I do know is that Kat worked hard to get back for this season, but I'm not sure she had the opportunity to improve her game. At this point, I wish she had red shirted this season, or better yet, been awarded an additional year. That would have given her the year to work on her game. If Kennedy is ready to go early next season I'll be thrilled, but I think many of us will wonder if she would be better off red shirting, if for no other reason, game development and the chance to be playing at 100%.

Morris can't step up if the coach won't play her. Her last real minutes against stanford she scored well?
