How did they get the ball back after they tied it? An ASU player had her foot still inbounds when she inbounded the ball. Refs got it right. |

UCLA knocked off Stanford at Maples. Beavs 2 games back of both of those teams now.

Wow!! What a win! Tough W on our court against a team we should be much better than. I’ll take it, that’s for sure. I hope our girls can get their legs back for a likely all out challenge from UA on Sunday. I still just don’t think we’re playing as good as we can.
Anyone have video of Brown’s injury? I wasn’t watching yet when it happened.

I guess UCLA is better than I gave them credit for. Knocking off a good Stanford team isn’t easy. Damn, yet another tough game ahead. LOL! |

They've been our kryptonite, and it sure felt like it would continue suddenly down 8 with 6 mins to go. Then and 8-0 run by Aleah.
Then, an incredible clutch punches by both teams, taking turns putting the heat on the other team, with ASU delivering the blow that puts your odds really low to win, but that's right in Rueck's sweet spot - inbound plays. We earn one, then get gifted one, and it's all we needed to finally break the streak.
What a confidence builder - a team like ASU can really get in your head and feel like you just can't get over the hump. Huge win for a lot of reasons!

TV announcers had no idea that the ball was going back to OSU at the end. Totally clueless of them when it was obvious the ref had called the bad inbounds play by ASU.

Were they calling the game at Gill? Many times I would notice the announcers not be aware of what happened when they're calling the game from the Bay Area. |
