Jas Simmons is great in our zone defense. Give me more Jas Favorite aspects of last night's game: Brown a BEAST on the boards / Zone D - perfectly suited to Simmons heady quickness / Aleah back in swagger mode. When outstanding game play goes beyond Slocum and Pivec (who had good games) on to multiple other players, the Beavs are tough. It's those kind of things which make the WBB team the most fun team on campus to watch. |

Jas Simmons can be a weapon for OSU. Rueck got her minutes, and her elite-level athleticism showed on the zone defense today. Jas is so quick side-to-side, and, even if the ball goes into the middle of our zone, I saw Jas contest shots in the middle of our zone that were not being contested in previous games. Defense feeds offense, and I hope Jas continues to get more minutes, and, Jas' confidence even surpasses her athleticism. |
