They shoot the three well. We cant rebound. So just out of curiosity.....why aren’t we in man to man? I know SR is obviously one of the greatest coaches out there so I figure there must be a good reason

They have more athleticism. But which of our players can’t guard their opponent?

No shame. The schmucks might be the best women's team in college hoops. They're good. It's tough to see it, but.....whadya gonna do?

They have more athleticism. But which of our players can’t guard their opponent? I don’t think anyone on the floor can guard Sabrina 1 on 1. And their bigs are really talented. I imagine they’d just ballscreen for Sabrina over and over and over. We’d have to hedge or switch and Sabrina can make plays in both those coverages. They’d have a talented roll or pop big as an option, and also girls spotted up who can knock threes down. Oregon is virtually unguardable m2m

We brought 1 of SR 2 basic premises. Played good D fg%. Forgot the 2nd part that basic premise. D rebounding. Hiw many offensive rbs and 2nd/3rd chane points does uo have? Enough to make a difference with the concerns on the offensive side of the game.

Bc we’re not anywhere near as athletic as Oregon. Simply not true. Hugely true. Look at their bigs compared to ours. Sabally plays like a guard. Our bigs are afraid to dribble, and non factors on the perimeter

Have PAC-12 football refs become PAC-12 Women's basketball refs?

How can you watch Oregon run the floor, get every loose ball and reb, force us into foul trouble, their guards penetrate, them not allow us to attack any seam on offense, and say they aren’t more athletic?
The last 80 minutes have proved that

Pivec's turn to show up and Destiny taking the day off? This team hasn't been firing on all cylinders since the NIT or maybe Miami.
I've been worried about the Beavs for months. Anybody else starting to see it? They haven't been playing very well for a LONG time now. I seriously think they are playing their way out of hosting 1st/2nd round games. It's not a given at this point. They've lost 4 out of 5.
There are several teams at 3-5 in conference, Beavs only 1 game above being in the bottom half of the conference. This is unthinkable. It's not like the schedule gets easy. @ Mountain schools should be wins, but can't take it for granted. Then Arizona schools at home. Lost 2 straight in Gill, home court advantage ain't what it used to be. Back to back road trips to Bay Area and LA. At least Cal sucks so should be able to chalk that one up as a W. Then finish w/ the Washington schools at home. There could easily be 2-4 more losses in there.

They are just better than us this year. No shame in that, they're better than almost everybody.
It's really too bad we haven't had our full team the last two years. Tudor just isn't back to her pre-injury form, and Corsdale eliminates that rebounding deficit today.
We're actually playing pretty good defense. Flopsy hasn't done much but our offense is just out of synch.
Brown has to keep shooting that open shot, at some point we will need more than defense and rebounding from her.
Nice to see our rainy-day pundit make a his first appearance on a women's thread. Right on schedule, because we're losing.

Hugely true. Look at their bigs compared to ours. Sabally plays like a guard. Our bigs are afraid to dribble, and non factors on the perimeter I will give you their big vs our big, but not the rest. We had the same game challenges against Stanford and they simply do not have the same talent as OSU, with the exception of one player. Hustle is the problem.
