My inside sources tell me the mystery celebrity will be Pee Wee Herman.

Basketball and track and field are the two women's sports he attends and basketball has been a recent interest. He has basically nothing to do with volleyball and absolutely nothing to do with softball. New softball facilities were paid for by a couple in the North Bend/Coos Bay area. Interested, maybe, attended, no—not women’s basketball. And how many wbb games have you attended at TTATT? From the fall of 2014 through the winter of 2018 I attended roughly 1/2 of their home games. I'd see knight there a few times every year, more the last year.

I watch every televised home and away game unless it conflicts with a Beaver sport. Never have seen Phil there and have been told very recently by a source close to the program that he doesn’t go to their games. That’s my best and final. Go Beavs!

I’ve heard the same from people close to the program. The only game they know he’s attended is last year’s semi-final against Baylor.

Except Phil Knight doesn’t attend their women’s basketball games. Really? I wonder who it was i saw at their games. He doesn't attend every game but he most definitely makes some of them. Maybe it was Al Davis doing a "Weekend at Phil's Place" thing? (I originally attached a photo of creepy Al but it was just too scary to subject the good people of this board to.)

We should get Tonya Harding as the celebrity at Gill. Sabrina better watch her knees.

We should get Tonya Harding as the celebrity at Gill. Sabrina better watch her knees. I saw her in a store at Lloyd Center when I was a wee lad. It was before the infamous attack, but she had a reputation for being volatile all along IIRC. I'm pretty sure I knew not to stare at her.

Like this game needs a "celebrity." The attention should be on the players.

So, who was it?

According to Coach Kelly on KEZI. Reporters: Kobe Bryant perhaps? He is a Sabrina fan! Made me retch. Why not just let this special weekend of competition speak for itself. But noooooo, Nike U has to turn it into a spectacle. I can imagine the sick, putrid little bumper stories they are planning if it is Kobe and Sabrina. So who was the Surprise Celebrity?

No clue. Either I wasn't paying close enough attention, or the Pac-12 Network didn't focus much on celebrities in the crowd in order to keep the attention on the game. The only person I noticed they showed that could possibly be classified as a "celebrity" is Dan Fouts, but I don't think he is the mystery celebrity that was being referenced prior to the game.

They probably didn't show up. All speculation and talk was swept under the rug.
