Developing a strong opposite hand to either drive or finish is likely something that Aleah will have to continue working on during the offseason. It will take her some time if she hasn't shown any signs as yet of being comfortable driving left. Aleah has a reputation of someone who is willing to put in extra time to work on improving her game. She is likely aware of how much teams are cheating on her right now and daring her to go left.
Aleah is a gifted shooter and has been one of the country's best three-point threats throughout her entire OSU career. That proven ability is being limited right now by lesser competition. Nearly 85% of Aleah's shoots this season are three-point attempts. Just over 81% of Kat's shots are three-pointers. Both Aleah and Kat help to spread the court for their teammates, but can't be simply one-dimensional or opposing defenses will take advantage of those strong tendencies.
I think that opposing defenses have become more willing to chase Aleah and Kat off the three-point line in order to not give up the three so often. Keeping opposing defenses guessing during the PAC-12 season will be important. If OSU's offense settles too often for the three and doesn't drive and attack the paint, the Beavs will be easier to defend by teams with better defenses.
