One other somewhat unrelated comment on this game. There are 4 teams who have finished each of the last 4 years ranked in the top ten in the coaches poll. They are Oregon State, Baylor, Connecticut, and Notre Dame. After this year, the 5 year list will be pared by at least 1.

Iowa beat Iowa state, neither team looked very good.

BYU is not looking good this year. Lost 66-55 at Boise St. tonight, dropping them to 3-4, and one of those wins was against a non-D1 team (and BSU already has almost as many losses as they did all of last year, so I don't think the Broncos are as good as the team that played in Corvallis in March). Supposed to be the marquee game for the Beavs in Hawaii but it's not shaping up to be a very good opponent. Washington St. whupped them by 17 in Pullman and even a depleted Utah beat them in OT in Provo.
