DePaul is apparently pretty good, but, over the last 4 years, they signed only one ESPN top 100 recruit, and she was something like #95. Have no idea if they've gotten any transfers along the way.
Thus ends the recitation of my entire book of knowledge on their team.

DePaul doesn't play anyone that's over 6'1" on their roster, and so I expect this challenge to look a lot like Pacific, where they try to force turnovers with their speed, getting into passing lanes and trying to get out on the break. They forced 27 TOs by Miami (OH), including 15 steals, so their game is definitely to disrupt. They do not want to get into a half-court game with us, as our height will kill them, and is not their style anyway. My guess is Rueck will not want to run with them either, but I'm sure we'll push some opportunities. Here's some highlights from when we faced them before, where Weisner just went off. We handled them, but it would have likely been in doubt had Weisner not had a career night. pac-12.com/womens-basketball/event/2016/03/26/ncaa-tournament-sweet-16-oregon-state-vs-depaul

Cool seeing that highlight reel from a few years ago. How did DePaul keep leaving Weisner so wide open? You'd think after she hit 3 or 4 from behind the arc they might've kept a bit closer tabs on her.
