Greta was really good tonight, but her team lost by about 10.
Did most of her damage at the free throw line and in the paint.

She is 33.
A strong, athletic young lady. Not much help for her on the team but she seems patient and played within the team scheme. Looking forward to seeing her in Corvallis.

I think she had about 25 points. She was struggling to hit her threes, but she has some nice inside moves and creates space for her shots.

Greta sounds a lot like Mik Pivec. Has the physical stature of Mik as well. OSU's recruiting has been stellar the past few years. Taylor Jones, Kennedy Brown, Sasha & Savannah, followed by TvO & Greta. I'd say that's 3 for 3.

She's a bit taller than Mik and seems to be a better shooter, but certainly a similar team ball and guarding 1-5 attitude. |

Don't you wish you were that mature and good "on camera" back in HS as she is, I would have fiddled and stuttered and made no sense in an interview back then. Back then, heck, still !

According to the announcers (opposing team) at Greta's game her full name is Greta, 5 star, D1 - OSU commit Kampschroeder , we got a lot of air time.

The greatest girls basketball player in Naperville North history is a McDonald’s All-American. The Oregon State-bound Kampschroeder joins Candace Parker as the only players from Naperville to be selected for the prestigious honor, which was first awarded in 2002. The McDonald’s All-American Game will not be held this year due to the coronavirus pandemic, but Kampschroeder was thrilled to be named to the 24-player list. “It’s really cool to have my name next to Candace Parker on the awards received by Naperville women’s basketball players,” Kampschroeder said. “That’s something I’ve been thinking about since I was in the fifth grade, so to finally see my name on that list was like a dream come true. |
