Thanks for the message and sorry you are having trouble. We don’t control the software or any of the tech stuff.

All technical matters regarding logging in, passwords, browsers, caches, etc should be addressed to ProBoards.

The support forums there are well staffed and there’s tons of FAQs.

Update:

Slight tweak to the user/guest scenario.

Unregistered or those not logged into their account will be able to see the top level boards, but not be able to access (ie read) them.

So now when you navigate to bennyshouse.com you can see the forum instead of the ugly Proboards registration screen.

Guests aka unregistered people will be able to post on this board to ask questions about registration etc.
