enlarged and its too blurry This the SECOND Beavermobile and I believe the DB Hall of Fame members might have been different on the original. The photo shows the third version of the Beavermobile. The versions were Beavermobile 2000, Beavermobile 2001, and The Beavermobile.
The DB Hall of Fame can be seen in the lower driver side window and is labeled DB Hall of Fame. There are 9 names on the list. But I cannot recall the names for certain nor can I find my photos (high resolution) of the van. The names listed by other posters here were probably on the list as well as former OSU president MacVicar, a duck fan or two, and at least one internet poster that posted under the moniker Texas Beaver. He hated that person with a passion.
To tell you the truth, I never paid much attention to the list because it was just another one of the quirky things that Richard did and you just rolled your eyes at it. However, I would bet that Mark K, Mom K, and Lucky Bucky (he had the van sitting at his house for a long time) likely know the entire list.

I pinged dHarm, Lucky Bucky, and Mark K on this and Mark K came through with this picture! Not sure if the list changed over the different iterations of the BeaverMobile and also not sure if this was the original or the final list. Don't ask me for the history of why some of these names are on there. It's just what it is and you can't argue with it. 
You should be able to download the picture and it is plenty big enough to read. But if you can only see the thumbnail and it is too small, the names are (with the spelling being as it was on the van): Mike Bellotti Joe Avezanno Dave Bliss Jose Caseco Beaverbest O.J. Simpson Sean McDonough Rick Neuheisel Ritchey McKay
