I'm curious who others are rooting for in this one. Personally in the battle of the lesser of two evils... UW wins by a mile. First of all they are Pac12 and if they win it helps the Beavs by association. Second, CSF seems to embody much of what I dislike in baseball...let's just start with examples of Mr Horton and "coach" VanderHook, and end with the father of today's starter for CSF - who if you were watching the ESPN feed and just saw his reaction after his son ended the 1st, you know exactly what I'm talking about... go Huskies!

CSF been to Omaha so many times that I find it hard not to root for the dogs. My apologies to EugeneDave.

Gotta go with the puppies. PAC 12 cred. I won’t cry if they lose, though.

I like the match-up better with Fullerton. If not for three unearned runs, the Beavers would have swept the Titans.

We have owned the NW when it comes to recruiting, and I don't want that to change. Go Titans.

Go Fullerton. I do think Vanderhook talked to Horton about the good eating establishments in Fullerton before he left.

Fullerton is looking good today, currently up 5 to 1 in the 7th. Hard to root for the Huskies even if they make Pac 12 look stronger.

I’m not sure that one trip to Omaha would cost us much in recruiting (as long as we make it too). 3 first round draft picks (and Luke who would have been a first rounder) ought to make a statement to any kid who is willing to work and play hard. I could see that the trip would improve the Huskies ability to recruit as compared to WSU and U of Hole, but with us? We’ll be fine. And the Pac 12 cred could be worth it.
