ESPN has Abel as player of game. Good choice. But Kwan got this party started with the immediate solo wack and the sick chase-down of that wall shot. Wins don't just happen. Someone has to do something. That guy is the secret weapon on this team. Oh beavs just scored again. 11 0.

Kwan would certainly be deserving of player of the game honors but I don't think very many of us expected Abel to pitch 8 scoreless innings. Looked very much like a third starter today. |

We were a very good program in the 90s but it fell off. He is doing a great job of bringing us back. We should be better next year. Hope y’all make it to Omaha. |
