Here's the cumulative standings so far:
SEC: 23-5 ACC: 11-9 Big-12: 10-5 American Athletic: 6-8 Big-10: 6-6 Pac-12: 10-4 Missouri Valley: 3-4 Atlantic Sun: 4-2 Colonial Athletic: 2-3 Ohio Valley: 2-3 Big South: 1-4 Big West: 3-0
Hard to miss Omaha when 10 of SEC's 14 teams make the field of 64.
If the same rubric was applied to the Pac-12 -- Cal, Arizona, ASU, and USC would be in.

You just dismiss the 17-3 record by the SEC? The 3 losses are to Oklahoma, Oregon State, and Texas. The record kind of backs up having 10 teams in the tournament.

LSU was not in the National seed hunt 10 days ago. They were barely in the tournament before the conference tournament.

Here's the breakdown east-west of the Mississipi: E: 42-49 W: 31-25 (updated 3:47 pst) What does this mean? I thought this was a SEC vs Pac12 thing not west coast vs east coast.

Here's the cumulative standings so far: SEC: 18-4 ACC: 9-6 Big-12: 8-2 American Athletic: 6-4 Big-10: 5-5 Pac-12: 7-2 Hard to miss Omaha when 10 of SEC's 14 teams make the field of 64. And so is the flip side, who have the 17 wins come against? A couple things that stand out, mostly games against smaller conference teams, and not sure one win against an opponent seated higher. There may be one, just didn't see it on first glance the majority were wins over little hear of teams and lower seeds.

So you are counting Texas A&M and arkansas’s wins in the west coast teams?

So you are counting Texas A&M and arkansas’s wins in the west coast teams? aTm lost to Indiana and 1 seed Arkansas lost to 3 seed Dallas Baptist.

So you are counting Texas A&M and arkansas’s wins in the west coast teams? Doesn’t matter where you paint your imaginary line, Bud. You’d go winless.

Florida, Arkansas, and Georgia (and potentially Ole Miss) were 1 seeds that are in the driver's seats of their regionals (did what they were supposed to do) Auburn, South Carolina and Vanderbilt are 2 seeds that are in the driver's seat (overachieved) LSU and State are 2 seeds that are in the "Have to win 2" situation (what they were supposed to do) Texas A&M went 1-2 as a 3 seed. (what they were supposed to do) If you go by seeds, SEC teams are three games ahead of where they are supposed to be.

So you are counting Texas A&M and arkansas’s wins in the west coast teams? Yes. Also LSU's win, and loss. Just updated to include Washington's win...first team through to a Super. A #3 seed and a 'bubble' team for getting into the 64.
