Played northwestern the same week we played Bama! I said weekly basis not weekend. But you are just nitpicking the fact that Good pitching exists in the SEC more then in the Piece A Cake 12! There's no doubt that LSU is a great team, and one that is peaking at the right time. Also, no doubt that the SEC is a tough league. I would also say there is an East Coast bias when it comes to the NCAA and television. $$$$$$ makes the world go 'round. I would agree with you to a point but here at LSU baseball is very popular as you can see we have full stands every weekend series and we travel well. If the team was anywhere but in the northwest I would be at the game. I don't know how many years that we have the attendance record but it in the 20 something range. More fans means more TV coverage. I went to the CWS last year and even though we beat you to get into the championship game coming out of the losers bracket used up all of our pitching and we were in no shape to face Florida after. |

Well good thing certain states offset that terrible EC bias by barring state schools from going to other states they don’t agree with. Very inclusive and forward thinking. |
