Hello Beavers, I am an LSU Tiger that has been living in PDX for about 2 years now. I was hoping to make the games this weekend and take the RV to do a little tailgating and was hoping y'all could provide some tips on where to park the RV. beavertickets.com/gameday/parking-transportation/I found the above link, but most of the info seems to be centered around football. looking at the map, it looks like I would want to be in the South Farm RV lot. Is this lot open for RV parking for baseball gameday? What should be my expectation? 1) Roll up and take the best spot 2) I need to buy parking tickets beforehand? Where would I do that? ...I can't find a link.
Anyway..looking forward to a Dam good time. Wife makes some good gumbo so if we end up making it, stop by and get some. I promise we won't put any possum in the batch we hand out to Beaver fans.
Any other tips are appreciated.

Might give OSU a call - 541-737-0123, and ask for Parking Enforcement, they may be able to tell you where you can park - just not sure they have given much thought to the need for RV parking spaces for baseball

People regularly park their RVs in the Reser Stadium lot for baseball, behind the press box on the west side, and have done so for years. After 5 p.m. Friday you do not need a permit, until 8 a.m. Monday. Before that you could park down behind the softball stadium without any trouble, lots of room there.
The South Farm is across Highway 34 and quite a hike to Goss. The sites I mentioned are much closer. Usually the parking lot behind the left-field fence has the best tailgating, but that may be permit-only for the weekend, so check out the 15th and Washington parking lots. OSU fans are very hospitable to visitors.

I believe the girls state championship softball will be going on all day at the softball complex on Saturday . the lot will be full. Reser is your best bet. definitely call OSU, the fun police will be out in full force this weekend.

Last time I looked at the South Farm lot it seemed to be a storage area for garbage cans and related equipment. We have had good luck parking our RV on the south side of Reser for the last several Regionals and Super Regionals.
In past years the parking people have asked for $40 for the whole weekend but as previously stated that was after 5 pm on Friday. They usually just come by and collect the $40 so no need to seek them out ahead of time.

Pour your beverage into a cup. Only time the no booze on campus is ignored of football tailgating. A state cop told us if it is in a cup, he has no probable cause to look or inquire. Did it with a smile and a "have a good time."

Call the ticket office for RVing details. This is NOT an Oregon State event. It is an NCAA event. That means the NCAA will probably take over the Goss lot among other things

Lots going on this weekend. Regional, OSAA softball championships, Dam Jam at Reser on Saturday and a sand volleyball tournament. Wherever you have to go, leave early, plus 30th and 35th streets south of Harrison were all torn up on Thursday and traffic was a mess.
