Seems to me like it will be a real long shot for the Beavers to reach Omaha this year.
(A) Their pitching seems very suspect after Luke and Fehmel.
(B) Their hitting which has been outstanding through most of the year has really tailed off the last couple of series.
Hope you can all convince me that I am wrong, but the hitting issue in particular is a major concern.
Go Beavers!

Florida has lost 6 in a row! Stanford has lost 2 of the last 3 series.
Relax, breathe, trust in Casey

Yes. Just enjoy the games. How much you do or don't worry has zero impact on the game.

2018 Oregon State's BAA: .230. 2006 Oregon State's BAA: .236. 2007 Oregon State's BAA: .243. In 2006, there was Buck and Nickerson and then? In 2007, there was Stutes and Turpen for most of the season. Paterson was second in innings pitched, but Casey threw him into the pen starting with the Corvallis Super Regional. Reyes was 4-3 entering the Tournament but stepped up big against Rutgers, Michigan, Cal State Fullerton, and North Carolina. 2018 Oregon State's BA: .318. 2006 Oregon State's BA: .302. 2007 Oregon State's BA: .287. Hitting was down against UCLA, but Oregon State was going up against the third-best staff in the country. Oregon State hit .471 against San Diego. Stanford has the second-best staff in the country. Oregon State hit .384.

Yes you are worrying way to much. The 2007 CWS champions were the last team admitted to the tournament they had something to worry about. On top of that they played in multiple win or go home games. Did they worry? ??

Remember the Stanford series? Friday and Saturday, the Beavs looked lights out. They played like a dominant team, like it was tournament time. They got the two wins needed and then maybe took the edge off. That’s what we’ll see in the tournament. Sharp, heads up baseball. And Casey leading them all the way.

UCLA and Stanford both have excellent pitching. We beat both of their top two guys. We roughed up Stanford's third pitcher too, before the bats fell asleep and let them back in late.
