Honestly, once you see it you can't unsee it. All I see in the background is 'OJ' And their pinch hitter had #32 on his shirt sleeve but a different number on his uniform.....

I love the understatement captured with your brief phrasing. My favorite being the final play of the game: "GIDP 6-3" Holy moly that was one outstanding play by Cadyn! Most other college shortstops would've been lucky to even make contact with that hot smash....and a run likely would have scored... Instead in his signature nonchalant fashion, he short-hops it...immediately sizes up the situation with the runner coming down to 2nd, and the runner heading toward 1st, and turns it into a DP. Mulholland owes him one. |
