I’m wondering if Burns hasn’t sufficiently impressed during workouts to earn a bit more usage in games. Very small sample size - makes it hard for mere fans to judge his potential (10 innings all season). His first ever college outing went poorly (1st weekend in Surprise), but since that time his WHIP is approximately 1.0. Burns' WHIP since Surprise is 1.15. That would be fifth on the team.

Does anyone actually believe he won't be drafted? He is going to be under a microscope, literally, from any team looking to draft him, but he will probably be a 11+ rounder, not sure he'll be seen as a guaranteed money guy, unless he throws some really good bullpens.
Here's a question...who gets drafted first, Rasmussen or Heimlich?

If the bats of the Beavs delivered hits with men on base, OSU gets a sweep. Instead the House of Card did not crumble when their batters were stuck with having to deliver in the clutch and they did so.
Sometimes the game is won on the mound. Sometimes the game is won at the plate. In a contest that saw double digit hit totals for each team, the need to win the game at the plate was paramount.
