Great fight by 5 hitter fouling off like 4 pitches but Mulholland gets a 4-3 groundout and we head to bottom of 8 clinging to 6-5 lead! Madrigal had to go hard to the right about 6 paces to get that one. Very close to sneaking through. |

That final pitch by Mulholland in T8 was one of his best today....and one that he typically throws, but generally hasn't yet found today. Batter was either going to strike out or weakly ground out (which he did). Hopefully he brings it out with him in T9. |

Beavs have hit 3 or 4 line drives today right at guys. That's the breaks.

First two beavs out in 3 pitches but then both Kwan and Griener single after getting behind in count....1st and 2nd for Nick with 2 outs. Hit here would be HUUUUUUGGGGE.

Wow. Larnach put a really good swing on that one and the crowd from Rah! to Aw almost instantly. Just in one of those tough stretches.
