I am constantly having problems viewing games freezing up for long periods of time. Very frustrating. Anyone else having problems? I'm out of the radio broadcast area so my choices are very limited.

I'm out of the radio broadcast area so my choices are very limited. i know that's frustrating but it seems more likely to be your internet and/or computer/tablet/phone than a stream issue. I stream on a laptop using firefox and output the hdmi to my tv and it works pretty well. Only locks up occasionally and thats probably my browser causing the issue. Assuming your are using wifi at home you could try improving your signal by putting your wifi modem in a better or higher spot. Away from other devices and or electronic cables and avoid microwave ovens or brick walls between your computer and the modem. you might try making sure you have pop up blocker on in your browser.

cheese has got it. Improve your wifi if possible. I stream laptop via hdmi cable to the ginormous tv. for radio try streaming on tune in. Search for Oregon State. The official site links on the schedule are consistently poor. Especially if you want the stats up too. Link to tune in: tunein.com/radio/Oregon-State-Beaver-Sports-Network-s206510/streaming an OS vs Stanford MBB game from 2 years ago right now

Check the browser you are using, as Cheese suggests. If you are dealing with a smart tv, their browsers are very rudimentary. Another issue has been when a game gets "interesting" or is in the last few innings, a lot of people may try to log on and momentarily overwhelm server resources allocated to stream the game. Bandwidth is a big deal - I live in a household where there are so many internet connected devices that basic internet is not going to handle the job. That is why I pay extra for more bandwidth. If you are trying to run on basic dsl or even basic cable, you should be ramping up to a bigger pipeline. Satellite internet is usually not going to cut it - very limited bandwidth, and if you are on dial up, well you wouldn't even be able to be here asking these questions Hardwire connection is much more stable than wireless for big bandwidth hogs like streaming live video. Have used the laptop to HDMI on the big screen till I got a tv that can handle the wireless signal demands. Finally, sometimes all you can do is close your browser and log in again.

Occasionally experience a freeze...but hardly ever in 2018. I do have a kinda/sorta upgraded connection with my ISP.

I live out in the country in Central Oregon. I had to switch internet providers because of like problems. It all had to do with bandwith. Make sure you are purchasing enough data to meet your needs. Hope this helps.

Are you streaming on the internet or using the Pac-12 app on a tablet or phone? I've found the App to be not good and choppy but the stream on the internet almost always solid fwiw
