We are bringing 10 up for the spring game and baseball game. Had 2 wives bail and found 2 replacements. My wife and a daughter-in-law have bailed for good reasons but is there a good chance there will be no ASU/Beavs baseball game. With our luck with bad weather it would not surprise me. I was so stoked to get tickets and bring 2 of my grandkids, they are already avid Beaver fans. I like to start them out early so they have a lifetime to enjoy OSU sports. I started at the age of 10 myself. The thought of traveling 400 miles round trip and miss the baseball game is disheartning. We will bring rain gear. Am I to understand we need to have our raingear on in order to get into the game versus carring it in> Thanks for any info it is greatly appreciated. GO BEAVS!!!

Zero. The game will be played. Going to feel a bit like almost every other home series, but the "cold" is going to be 55 instead of 45 - just have a poncho for the risk of a shower, but the game looks good

Had 2 wives bail and found 2 replacements. That's some pretty quick courting! You can either wear the rain gear or have it draped over your arm. Security might ask you to shake it out. Remember there is a clear bag policy - no non-clear bags are allowed and no outside food. There have been so many complaints that we're now getting treated in a civil manner at the gate and security is doing just a quick visual check of the clear bag contents rather than having us dump everything out.

Looking at the 80 to 100% chances of rain for Fri Sat Sun...and a mere 40% for Monday, please refresh my memory: do weekend series ever get extended to Monday’s?
Another thought - with the possibility of extended rain delays causing havoc with ‘starting’ pitchers, I think the Beavs stack up quite well in the event that a game or two requires multiple ‘starters’.

Friday is now forecast to be wetter than previously anticipated, but we can dance around the Saturday and Sunday risk - ASU has a dearth of decent pitching compared to OSU - two solid starters but not a lot of bullpen depth, and we also have seen how the Beavs have been treating supposedly excellent pitching. This should be a good series if we maintain the same approach we have had at the plate, and Luke, Bryce and Grant give us quality starts.

LOL!! OSUprof, should have proof read that better. I had a good laugh, so did my daughter. Actually, 2 other family members stepped up and will use the tickets. I am really blessed as I got a very good wife. Would not trade her for anything. We celebrate 44 years this year. We have 3 wonderful kids and 6 beautiful grand children that we specialize in spoiling. They live within 20 minutes so we are blessed to see them quite often. One way we spoil them is making sure they get to Beaver games whenever possible. My grand daughters are very cute in their little Beaver outfits. We are planning on being there Saturday. By the way several weather sights vary as to how bad the weather will be this weekend. GO BEAVS!!
