Can't remember where I saw it, but if a program signs a one and done, it eats the schollie for 4 years, i.e. the guy leaves after one, his scholarship cannot be used for the the next three. I would modify it slightly. If the one and done gets his degree inside the four years, his scholarship is up for grabs.
