25-1 2017 (lost in Semifinal to LSU)
24-2 1962 (lost in District 8 Championship, equivalent of a Super Regional to Santa Clara)
23-3 2007 (National Champions)
22-4 1951 (lost in District 8 Championship, equivalent of a Super Regional to USC); 2005 (0-2 in College World Series); 2013 (lost in Semifinal to Mississippi State); and 2018 (?)
21-5 1964 (finished 4-6 to finish third in the North)
20-6 1952 (0-2 in College World Series); 1985 (0-2 at West I Regional at Sunken Diamond, finishing in a 10-way tie for 29th in the Tournament); 2010 (lost the Gainesville Regional); 2014 (lost Corvallis Regional Championship Game); and 2015 (lost the Dallas Regional)
19-6-1 1975 (lost the coin flip and the North Championship Game to Washington State) and 1997 (went 19-6 down the stretch to finish second in the North)
19-7 1959 (finished fourth in the North); 1994 (won the North but were passed over for a berth in favor of Washington for an unknown reason); 2009 (lost the Fort Worth Regional); 2011 (lost Nashville Super Regional); and 2016 (went 16-12 down the stretch and were unfairly kept out of the Tournament by Meggs' horsetrading)
18-7-1 1968 (went 6-6 down the stretch to finish in seventh place in a round-robin Pac-8) and 1998 (went 17-7 down the stretch to finish second in the North)
18-8 1961 (went 4-4 down the stretch to finish second in the North); 1963 (lost in District 8 Championship, equivalent of a Super Regional to USC); 1982 (Stanford swept Oregon State in two games at Sunken Diamond to clinch the Pac-10's second invitation to the Tournament); 1986 (Oregon State finished third in the six-team Stillwater Regional); 1987 (went 0-2 in the North Tournament); 2006 (National Champions); and 2012 (lost the Baton Rouge Regional)
2018 Oregon State is setting a good pace, so far. Hopefully, the Beavers go 23-7 (or better) down the stretch like the 2006 team did. Boyds World is saying that Oregon State needs to go 26-4 to be a top 8 team in RPI.
