Oregon State is on a two-game winning streak against Washington but a one-game home losing streak.
Luke Heimlich's lone loss of 2017 was in Seattle against Washington. Heimlich allowed three runs through 6 1/3, one earned, and left with the Huskies on top 3-1. Oregon State rallied in the ninth with a run but could not overcome the two-run deficit.
Luke Heimlich started the final home game against Washington in 2016. Heimlich allowed one earned through 6 1/3, but Mitch Hickey and Max Engelbrekt each allowed a run to give the Huskies a 3-2 extra-inning win. If Oregon State had won that game, the Beavers would have made it into the NCAA Baseball Tournament, likely as a two-seed, at least.
Luke Heimlich did not start against Washington in 2015 but pitched an inning of one-hit relief for Andrew Moore. Oregon State ultimately won that game in 10 innings, 4-2.
Oregon State has won four straight series against Washington. The Huskies' last series win was in Seattle in 2013, the Beavers' only series loss in conference play in 2013. Washington also won the 2007 and 2009 series in Seattle. Oregon State has won six straight home series against Washington. The Huskies' last series win in Corvallis was in 2004. Neither team has swept the other the past 12 series. Oregon State's last sweep was in 2005 in Seattle. Oregon State's last home sweep was in 1995. That is also the year of Washington's last sweep in Seattle, as the Pac-10 North teams played each other twice in 1995. The Huskies' last sweep in Corvallis was in 1979.

I remember the Seattle series in 2005 and 2013 well. In 2005 we went to our first ever away games for baseball and had such a great time with the sweep. In 2013 it was cold and wet and I went to the car between games of a doubleheader for a Hefeweizen and had forgotten the bottle opener. Tried to open it on the door jamb of our 2012 Camry and ended up at the U of W Medical Center for a bunch of stitches in my left hand pinkie. Not such a great time at that series. :-(

Next time, assuming you are married, use your wedding ring.
