I read that Nina Radford is transferring out of UCSB after one year in their program..... 6' daughter of former OSU star Mark Radford...Considered one of Oregon's top h.s. players in 2017.
Anyone know if she is considering OSU - or, on the other side of the coin, if OSU is interested in her.... GO BEAVS !!

Wow! UCSB graduates four seniors and has FOUR girls transferring out. Echos of LaVonda? UCSB was 12-17 but 9-7 in conference and made it to the finals of their conference tournament, which wasn't out of line with expectations. It was the coach's fourth year - they were 2-27(!) her first year, and UCSB is not a traditional power (it has been almost a decade since they made the WNIT).
Nina averaged just 10 minutes per game as a freshman - she'd probably not a hot prospect. More intriguing would be Sarah Bates - freshman, honorable-mention all-conference, 5'9", 10.9pts, 2.8ast, 2.4reb, 41.2% 3pp. Not bad for a freshman. ESPN gave her a 90 and 3 stars as a recruit, which is the same as TK. Might be good to take TK's slot after she graduates, as Sarah would have to sit out a year anyway.

Interesting info - - thanks for posting..... You may be right about Sarah Bates - -she looks like an impressive prospect...Played for Cal. powerhouse Clovis West out of Fresno..They have one of the best guards in the West this year (signed with Cal). Found Sarah's blurb from the UCSB site interesting.
Four-year varsity letterwinner at Clovis West High School in Fresno, Calif. under coach Craig Campbell… Earned All-TRAC honors all four years and was a three-time All-CIF selection…Also earned All-State honors as a senior… Led the Golden Eagles to a 34-2 record and the CIF Open Division State Championship as a senior… Scored 11 straight points in the fourth quarter to lead Clovis West to a 44-40 victory over Archbishop Mitty in the title game… Ranks third all-time in scoring and fourth all-time in assists in school history… As a junior, averaged 12.9 points, 3.3 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 2.4 steals per game…Averaged 11.2 points per game as a sophomore…Also competed in cross country and track…Earned Scholar Athlete honors. ------ Very impressive h.s. resume from one of the best h.s. programs in Western America.....
