Although he is definitely in a slump he's had a few decent swings that could have easily been a hit. A few great plays in the outfield to rob him of a hit and a few other nice level swings that just went directly at the 2nd baseman. I sure as hell wouldn't want to be standing there when he rifles one at you. Could drop a deer at 100 yrds.

Couldn't agree more. Regardless of what happens he has done beaver nation proud these past few months and has set himself up nicely for playing time next spring.
