Anybody know for sure is Bresser or Dhesi are done, or are they coming back next year?

Anybody know for sure is Bresser or Dhesi are done, or are they coming back next year? They both should be back. Bresser is a RS junior, Dhesi is applying for a 6th yr due to the 2nd ACL injury. Should be pretty straight forward, but again, NCAA involved so there's that. Only starter we would be losing is Hathaway. Dhesi would be the odds on favorite to win a title next year with Coon, Snyder and Kasper all graduating. 125 will have Lee, Suriano (though I have a feeling he jumps to 33) and Daton Fix in the "first group". Cruz, Tomasello and Lizak were seniors. |

You are making me excited. With Griego, willits, bresser, dhesi all coming back, it's the start of a good team. We shall see.
Do you think Kaylor or Meek will push for starting duties?

Yeah, we should be tough(er) next year assuming we are healthy. I think they both redshirt and slot into starting line-up the following year. Even though Meek won HS championship at 160, I think he is much closer to 149 (he actually wrestled 152 most of the year). Kaylor should be our 125 after RB graduates. Next year I think the other guy I'm counting on to make a leap is Josh Reyes. I think with a full year under his belt here, he should make some progress. He didn't set foot on campus until winter term. So my way too early line-up prediction for next season: 125: Bresser 133: Turner (I thought he wrestled a lot better toward the end, crossing fingers) 141: TBD. Grant Willits? Zac Evans? 149: Reyes 157: H. Willits 165: Olmos is my darkhorse to win the job.. Not sure what we have in Bigelow.. I know it shouldn't be Williams. 174: Doyle (assuming he's back and that we redshirt Myles Terry) 184: McLeod - was wrestling tough before he got hurt 197: Griego - hopefully with a giant chip on his shoulder HWT: You Know Who |
