Adley was behind the plate Sunday, but he had NO zip on throws to second. Anyone have an update on what is wrong with his "shoulder/back soreness"?
Appears to be no issues with leg/collision at first last weekend.

He was catching on Tuesday as well and threw a ball into CF. It has been reported that he has a shoulder issue/soreness. It has certainly affected his ability to throw. Last year he demonstrated a canon of an arm. Hope he gets back to form quickly but I'd expect to see Taylor catching most of the time until Adley is completely healthy. If he is playing first tonight, watch how gingerly he is throwing the ball around the infield after an out at 1b... just doesn't have the velocity right now.

Adley is catching and already looks more comfortable throwing to first on the dropped 3rd strike.
