"The Pac-12 Player of the Year, Freshman of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, John R. Wooden Coach of the Year and Pac-12 Scholar-Athlete of the Year honors will be announced this evening at 5 p.m. PT/6 p.m. MT on Pac-12 Network in a special 30-minute Pac-12 Sport Report." as per Pac 12 Network website.
My guesses:
POTY SI DPOTY Marie Gulich COTY Mark Trakh (not a fan, but he seems to be a sentimental favorite for his return to USC) FOTY Satou Sabally SAOTY I don't have a clue since I can't readily access players' academic majors, GPAs, etc.
For COTY...not an easy choice, since in the final standings, most teams are relatively close to where they were originally picked to finish by both the media and coaches. No team greatly exceeded expectations, but UCLA and Washington State underperformed.
Media Prediction: 1 UCLA (14) 242 2 Oregon (4) 226 3 Stanford (3) 224 4 Oregon State 168 5 California 165 6 Arizona State 147 7 Washington State 129 8 USC 101 9 Utah 81 10 Colorado 72 11 Arizona 50 12 Washington 33
Coaches prediction: 1. UCLA (7) – 115 2. Oregon (3) – 108 3. Stanford (2) – 108 4. Oregon State – 85 5. California – 83 6. Arizona State – 74 7. Washington State – 61 8. USC – 47 9. Utah – 40 10. Colorado – 38 11. Arizona – 20 12. Washington – 13
Final standings: 1. Oregon - 16-2 2. Stanford - 14-3 3. Oregon State - 14-4 (tie) 3. UCLA - 14-4 (tie) 5. California - 11-7 6. Arizona State - 10-8 7. USC - 9-9 8. Utah - 8-10 9. Colorado - 5-13 10. Washington State - 3-14 11. Arizona - 2-16 12. Washington - 1-17

COTY will be Graves. Absent an obvious overperformer, the COTY goes to the champion.

How did Wazzou only win 3? Was it all injuries? Even with Hristova out, I thought they would do better. Just looking at their results, it seems that they lost a lot of close road games (@utah by 4, @colorado by 3, @cal by 6). You would have thought that they would have flipped a few more of those scores at home.

The balance of power is heading North next year. Six seniors are on the all-conference team. Five are from California schools - including both of UCLA's and Stanford's honorees.

You would have thought that they would have flipped a few more of those scores at home. Their Head Coach being out most of the conference season with health issues couldn't have helped. When she stepped away they were 2-6 in Pac-12 play. They went 1-8 the rest of the way.
