It always seems a little odd to me that the conference holds the M & W swimming championships in Tacoma when only NW schools with swimming are OSU and WSU women and none of the northwest schools have mens programs.
Nice little bus ride for OSU but much more out of the way for the CA and AZ schools.
Despite the proximity advantage, OSU W Swimming again finished last.

It's like saying Portland or Tualatin.

Same Difference. It's like saying Portland or Tualatin. To someone who lives in Portland (or Tualatin, I would assume), it's a BIG difference.

The pool at Federal Way is national class. It's a great facility.

Federal Way is immediately adjacent to the much larger city and Port of Tacoma. Federal Way's main distinction is as the former Corporate HQ of Weyerhauser. www.google.com/maps/place/Federal+Way,+WA/@47.2981719,-122.4048038,12z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x54905817fd0d36db:0xd4d9d813280ec095!8m2!3d47.3223221!4d-122.3126222

I would have accepted LO, Tigard, Gresham, Milwuakie, or Beaverton as a comp.
