TV showed a quick shot of Jess Lewis during Griego’s match. He looked pretty good. Last I’d heard he had come through some precarious health issues in the last year.

Jess stopped by our tailgate before the "Giant Killer" game last fall. One of our tailgaiters claim to fame was that he was Jess's "tackling dummy" on the wrestling team back in the day. Jess recognized "the old wrestler" by face, not name and they reminisced for a while. Jess looked good!
