Tinkle: 4th in scoring at 17.9
12th in rebounding at 6.5
9th in defensive rebounds at 4.9
11th in assists at 3.6
tied for 5th in steals at 1.5
4th in FT% at 90%
12th in assist to to ration at 1.3 (admit thats not great)
only player in the pac12 who is top 15 in all those categories
Eubanks: 9th in rebounds at 6.9
also 9th in defensive rebounds at 4.9
7th in FG% at 56%
3rd in blocked shots at 2.2
Thompson Jr: 8th in scoring at 16.4
15th in FG% at 49%
10th in 3pt FG's made at 2.2pg
Ethan: 12th in assists at 3.5
5th in assists to to ratio at 2.2pg (although he had some very costly to's tonight.)
These stats are ONLY in Pac12 games. Most of these stats go up in the overall season, but wanted to show their stats for the conference. They need to step it up on the road and I definitely don't think they are all Pac12 but also feel like there is an unnecessary amount of hate towards them. I am honestly wondering why. I'm not trying to stir up anything, just don't understand why some people can't seem to give them any credit. They are getting better as players, although I do wish it was a better trajectory. But who cares who they are related to? They are the best options we have right now. I am not sold on Tinkle either, but don't believe he is a terrible coach. I really wish Derrick Bruce had stayed along with McLaughlin. Less pressure on McLaughlin as a freshman, and I really liked Bruce. That would have been two PG's that would have been really important this year. Both had their problems outside of basketball that led to their transfers. I have no idea how much that falls on Coach Tinkle, but has definitely put us behind in terms of ball handling and consistent backcourt play.
