A rare Monday evening dual meet. Coach Steiner & Silva are in town. Should be a good dual. They wrestled N. Colorado close, lost to Stanford. Not sure how they did vs Poly. Have a good 149, and 285.
Get to Gill!

Should be a good one tonight! I have seen Olivas wrestle this year and he is tough. Josh Hokit can be dangerous at 197. Fresno State beat Cal Poly 29-13. We will need some bonus points from our top guys. Go get this one, Beavs!

33-3 demo of the Bulldogs. I think our guys were extra motivated to get after Steiner's team. Turner, Hathaway, Terry, Willits, Griego it's hard to not like their performances. We are wrestling well now, but is it too late to cash it in to a trip to Cleveland (NCAA's)?

I've been complaining about lack of development for a couple seasons now, but maybe I have to back off of that a bit! Terry and Turner especially are wrestling much better (albeit against a little bit weaker competition) but still - they are getting it done and Terry jumping in as a true freshman is asking a lot. We also looked like the more aggressive, better conditioned, smarter team last night. Just a huge win by Josh Reyes last night over #19 ranked Olivas - especially after the tough OT loss against Poly. Dhesi tore up AJ Nevills, I thought that one might be a tough match. Big dual meet Friday vs Stanford. Hope we can keep up the momentum.

Some of Oregon State's wrestlers came in clutch last night. Josh Reyes beat Olivas who is one of FSU most solid wrestlers. Congrat's to Hathaway on winning his last dual at Gil. I thought it was going to be closer. Morale should be high right now. Hope they carry that momentum forward.

True dat, but it's the work in the early-mid season that earns the conference a spot. Have we earned the spots we need to, or will we need to wrestle above our seed and steal a spot earned by another PAC school.

I haven't seen this year's conference appropriations. I expect some of our kids will have to wrestle above their seeds. Bresser, Griego and Dhesi are good for at-large berths if they falter at Pac-12s.

Get to Gill! I would expect an established program like OSU with recruiting depth and continuity to dominate a program in their first year after having been dormant for over a decade.
