If the Beavs can pull out one win this weekend the excitement will ramp up considerably...

I am really hoping for a split this go-around (not clear if we are a good road team this season, limited data points outside of neutral wins against weak teams early). I am sure 13-1 lifetime against SR with a 13-0 streak has got to rankle the 'ucks, and they have the ability this year to get back 2. I was also really hoping that ASU or UCLA could have tagged the 'ucks with an L, but we will have to look out for ourselves. We have to have at least one W, as you indicate, for us to be a factor in the conference race.... (I also hope USC was the unexplicable loss for the season....that said, USC didn't look all bad, and some of the other teams we mentally have chalked up as Ws in past years also look stronger this year) All in all, an interesting conference race shaping up, but one that only implicates us if we pull out a W in the upcoming series....
