While my hope is that OSU pulls a rabbit out of the hat, I don't see much chance against the Ucks and Yaneskyu. For Yaneskyu, this is a personal challenge. She does NOT want to let this OSU streak of wins over Uckville to continue, and she feels it falls on her to ensure that it ends. We have no one who can guard her. She'll go for 20+ points, 20+ rebounds, and 20+ assists against us, I fear. Her will and skill are indomitable. Don't get your hopes up, is my recommendation.

If OSU plays defense and the bench comes together like it has in the past two games then I think it's OSU's game. Ion does not have great games in the tough ones, and I think she will choke once again. (crossing fingers)

Not sure why you are spelling Sabrina's last name with Cyrillic letters, since she is of Romanian decent and speaks Romanian. The Romanian alphabet contains 31 characters and is variation of the Latin alphabet.

As good as they are, their defense is really soft. Which is shocking for all the size that they have. It's tough to play at Gill for ANY team, any sport. We will see what happens.

From Wikipedia: "The Romanian Cyrillic alphabet is the Cyrillic alphabet that was used to the Romanian language before 1860–1862, when it was officially replaced by a Latin-based Romanian alphabet." And her name uses fewer letters and is spelled more phonetically in Cyrillic, so it seems to me it is the more natural alphabet for her. I hate to see her name mispronounced by ignorant people misinterpreting the Latin-based form. It's also shameful how people consistently mispronounce Marie's surname, which ends in a soft K sound, not a CH sound as in sandwich. Please correct me if my statements are incorrect.

Then again, for you hardcore Anglo-phones, there is always this tidbit of self-congratulations:
“Everybody has a right to pronounce foreign names as he chooses.” ―Winston Churchill
