andra-espinoza-hunter a freshman on UCONN'S Roster has decided to transfer out. One of many articles that describe her decision to transfer is here Hope the URL works. www.lohud.com/story/sports/high-school/lohud-girls-basketball/2018/01/12/girls-basketball-ossining-alumna-andra-espinoza-hunter-transfer-uconn/1030428001/She was #16 in 2017 ESPN Hoopgurls Recruiting. 5-10 Guard Couple quotes from the above article caught my eye. “I just realized UConn wasn’t really a good fit for me,” “Distance really isn’t a problem for me,” she said. “Wherever I think (the best fit) is, whether it’s in like California or Texas or whatever it is, no matter how far, as long as I think that it’s a good fit for me, then hopefully I’ll be going there.” Sound like D.S ? You think Scott would be interested in this player? and would she fit his player profile ? Wouldn't hurt to take a look at her qualities. I think she could help us out at guard position. Go Beavers !! P.S. That was a great game vs ASU. Badly needed.

Went to H.S. in New York...Unless she has real Corvallis connections seems highly improbable...

Went to H.S. in New York...Unless she has real Corvallis connections seems highly improbable... A.A. came from the East coast and she says she doesn't care how far she travels if it is the right fit. I think a call from S.R. and invite her to visit the campus and check out the program wouldn't hurt a thing.
