Bishop Dunne football coach Michael Johnson said Saturday at the TAPPS 7-on-7 state tournament that second-team all-state running back Rajan Cunningham is expected to miss the 2015 season after suffering an ACL injury at a football camp.
Cunningham ran for 1,372 yards and 14 touchdowns as a sophomore last season, helping Dunne win the TAPPS Division I state championship. According to Rivals.com, Cunningham (5-9, 180) has offers from SMU, California, Iowa, Louisiana Tech, New Mexico, Oregon State and Toledo.
