Once again Beavs are in great company on the national recruiting scene.. Very impressive that a Cal athlete has only one team West of the Mississippi on her list and it's the Beavs.
Has Ramani Parker visited Corvallis? If not, making the list is an even more impressive accomplishment. I'm writing this from memory (not a good idea) but I seem to recall her being on one of the premiere summer travelling teams, and many Big Time power coaches flocking to watch her game.
At any rate, I think this is an impressive endorsement of the program and Coach Rueck's approach to the game and its athletes..

It is interesting that we used to be a stop on an in state tour, along with tsdtr. Now we are becoming the sole destination. Of course some of that could be due to talent they have now and the likelihood of riding the pine.

Dad ( Parker C Ralph) has been following OSU hoops for a while (I saw a RT of Syd being selected for USA Basketball), and there is this RT as well: Go Beavers!

I guess that is supposed to be a compliment. I don’t think there has been any change in OSU WBB’s “culture” over the last year - certainly not an “180 degree” change. Maybe it it was Geoffrey who finally saw the light?

I suspect the quoted comment is praise by OSU Coach Holsinger directed to the HS coach "your culture has done a complete 180 since my visit last year." And the twitter poster, HS coach, says that "our girls appreciate that love coming from Oregon State".
At least that is how I am reading it. The danger of a medium limited to 140 characters (trying really hard here not to make political comments)
Go Beavers!

I think that explanation could be correct (since it's in quotations). And since Holsinger appears to be the one “visiting“.
