The people in my section always gave Nate a raft of crap every time he changed a pitcher. Considering how good our pitching has been since he became PC, I always wondered, "Do you know WTF you're talking about?" every time they would yell at him.

He is a great assistant coach.

I loved those Web nuggets where Nate would talk pitching. Trying to get throwers to become pitchers. In one of them Gaviglio was giddy after he struck out someone in a scrimmage. Was absolutely in the hitters head. Because he followed Nate's strategy. It was awesome
