I'm sure everyone is sad about all this, but over the last week:
- uo's basketball team has lost 3 of their last 4 games
- uo has lost at least one major football recruit (possibly many more to follow)
- OSU hired a coach that the majority of fans/recruits are excited about
- OSU will likely take 1 or 2 assistant football coaches away from uo
- uo may be losing their head football coach (they'll get a 3rd coach within a 13 month time period)
- uo may lose their at least one, if not both, coordinators with taggart leaving

Taggart leaving is only part of the equation. Getting KHJ would be great, but it is not going to be any sort of lateral move. |

Just reading Fish Wrapper with rumors saying WT is in Florida. Has cancelled visits with Duck recruits. Also wants to take Leavitt and others with him. Ducks now looking at Harsin. LOL Hate to see them scramble to to keep their Epic World Class, soon to be All World recruits.

The melt down could be fun to watch, but the important thing is that we hopefully get Keith Heyward back in orange and black and I think there's a good chance that Michael Johnson is brought back on too.

There was a forward looking post earlier today on tfdtr asking which team bus Harsin would board after the bowl game. Could be quite a poser.  |

IF Taggart leaves, and the assistants end up moving split between FSU and OSU, and the dux hire the next Dan Hawkins.... that’d be quite the trifecta.

I would guess they would go after Wilcox before Harsin. It’s more logical, but the Oregonian said that they had been in contact with Harsin since he was a candidate last year. Who knew? |
