Yep, Frost said as much. The problem I see for them is the ACC already has 2 Florida teams and doubt they'd want a 3rd and I believe the SEC charter allows Florida to veto another school from Florida being added so doubt they have a path into the SEC. Doubt the Big Ten would have any interest and their charter requires continuous states so they'd have to expand a few other places first or change their charter. That leaves the Big 12 as UCF's best hope. So they are somewhat limited. I think the most likely path would be to group together with other schools with ambitions/brands (South Florida, Houston, Boise State, Memphis, BYU, Army, Navy, etc...) and create a new national conference and force their way into the conversation. I could see this happening at some point.
