No driving square pegs into round holes

Jonathan was asked about the offensive and defensive schemes he would run at the presser today. He said they would evaluate the personnel they have and adapt their schemes to what they have. 

Now that's a novel idea. Don't run off the talent you have. Utilize the players you have to accomplish the best outcome.
