Today's Corvallis Gazette features a story on OSU WBB - part of the discussion deals with the Beavs needing to get a lot tougher on D, especially on the perimeter.
Kat Tudor talking about the team's post-game film study on defensive weaknesses says "every clip was on me."
Probably an exaggeration, but....
This plays into a discussion here the other day about Beaver team defence and how some players still have a lot of work to do before we see the calibre of D the Beavs have been bringing to Gill the past 3 or 4 years......
Knowing Coach they've been working on D since North Dakota left Gill. We won't get a meaningful read on progress tonight, but we will Sunday.
I think Coach has a lot more work to get done with this team than Beaver Nation recognizes.
