I just hope he will actually go to class and be able to stay eligible for 4 years instead of having to take the JC route and only be at OSU for 1 year. His dad was an amazing player and one of the best in the NFL for his time, so if his son is anywhere near his talent level, that would be a huge get! |

Ok, now I'm feeling old.... Chad's son is ready for College? I remember his daddy running free all over that really fast turf.
So happy they called that a TD in the Fiesta Bowl when he dropped the ball before the goal line in celebration....

This is the same forum that flips it's lid when you spell Andersen, Anderson and Hass, Haas or is ia Haus, or Hoss... On one level it seems pedantic, but on another it is also especially rude to get someone's, or and institutions name wrong... For me, I just want talented kids to come help our program win, they can call us The Community of Oregon Institute of State Technology University for all I care... |

This is the same forum that flips it's lid when you spell Andersen, Anderson and Hass, Haas or is ia Haus, or Hoss... On one level it seems pedantic, but on another it is also especially rude to get someone's, or and institutions name wrong... For me, I just want talented kids to come help our program win, they can call us The Community of Oregon Institute of State Technology University for all I care... LMAO... I agree on the spell check police, but hardly think "bashing" is the level I'd call it. Of course "nut" is in his own little world. But, if the player himself calls OSU his dream school, and mistakenly names it... well. I think he brings a bit of playful banter his own way when he doesn't even know the correct acronym. Use whatever excuse you'd like, but he wasn't just naming a school offering, it was a dream school. I find that funny. Don't think that's bashing. And, if teasing people for little mistakes bothers some, message boards probably not the best place for them. |

And, I'd think the "bashing" of his Dad/going to class would be a little more detrimental than commenting on OUS or UOS or?  And... for the record, I'd rather not have any player who does respect our university. So if once here he is mocking "beavs" or can;t figure out OSU he probably will not pass the clearing house. |
