They may also put this information together with limited resources or old information. As we all know, the lineup that Pat throws out there on the first game will be completely different than the last game. Regardless....can't wait for the first pitch. It will be fun to hear Jay Bird screw up names, say the wrong play. I know a lot of people don't like him, but I think it's hilarious to hear him call a game.

I agree. I love Jaybird. He puts his heart in it. Not as good as parker. But who is??? Try listening to some of the Pac 12 opponents announcers. Brutal. One Regional the visiting team student announcers were up in the booth calling it and they were totally overwhelmed. They were dropping things on the mic, making phone calls while announcing, eating on air. Just laughable.
Is Jerry Allen still calling the whoreton's games? I know he was early. And that my friends was entertainment

The folks at Baseball America talked to Pat Casey recently. I believe they referenced that in one of their chats so this is pretty recent info. Also since both BA and D1Baseball.com have Cary in the starting lineup he must be close to being ready.
